Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product:

1. First, return the original product at your own expense.

2. Once we receive and verify the returned product’s condition, we will issue you a store credit coupon equal to the value of the returned product, minus shipping fees.

3. You may then use this coupon to purchase any other item from our official website.

Important Notes

• Discount codes issued for returns or exchanges are valid only on our official website and cannot be used on third-party platforms where our products are also sold, such as Etsy or Amazon.

• Products purchased through global e-commerce platforms (e.g., Etsy, Amazon) cannot be returned through our official website. Returns for these purchases must be processed via the respective platform.

• Please make sure to enter your correct order number exactly as received in your confirmation email. This number is unique and allows us to verify your identity and process your return or refund securely. If the order number is incorrect, your request may be delayed or rejected.
