Your satisfaction matters to us. However, due to the handmade and documented nature of our products, our return policy is limited to specific situations outlined below.

🛑 Eligibility for Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

Change of mind.

Personal preferences.

Misjudged size or appearance.

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:

The product is defective or damaged.

The product received is materially different from the description, photos, or videos provided on the product page.

📝 How to Request a Return

To submit a return request, please complete the Return Request Form found at the bottom of this page.

You will be asked to provide:

Your full name

Your email address

Your WhatsApp number (used for further communication)

A short video clearly showing the issue

Any additional relevant details

Our support team will contact you via WhatsApp or email after reviewing your request to confirm whether it has been accepted and to guide you through the next steps.

⏳ Return Period

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

📦 Condition of Returned Items

If your return request is approved, all returned items must:

Be unused and in original condition.

Include all original packaging, boxes, tags, and accessories.

💬 After Return Approval

Once your return is accepted, you will be presented with two options on the form or via follow-up message:

✅ 1. Store Credit (Coupon Code)

You will receive a discount code equal to the full price of the product (excluding any shipping fees paid at purchase).
If you return the product and we arrange the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the discount code value.
If you handle the return shipping yourself, no shipping fees will be deducted from the discount code.

💰 2. Refund

Refunds cover only the product price, excluding any shipping fees paid at purchase.
If we arrange the return shipping on your behalf, the return shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund.
If you handle the return shipping yourself, no shipping fees will be deducted.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If Amzayn handles the return shipping, the cost will be deducted from the refund or store credit.

You may choose to ship the item yourself to avoid deduction.

⚠ International customers: You are encouraged to handle the return shipping yourself if possible to avoid high international shipping costs. Please note that these high international shipping costs are beyond our control and depend on the origin and destination regions.

At Amzayn, we strive to maintain full transparency by keeping shipping costs separate from the product price. We focus solely on the cost of the handmade product itself. This approach guarantees clarity and honesty in our pricing.

Due to the artisanal and intricate nature of our handmade products, our workshop cannot cover shipping costs. However, we always aim to offer our products at fair and reasonable prices.

Store credit discount codes are valid only on our official website: amzayn.com.

They cannot be used on third-party platforms where our products are sold, such as Etsy or Amazon.

Items purchased through platforms like Etsy or Amazon must be returned through those platforms directly.

We do not accept return or exchange requests via email, phone calls, or social media messages. Only requests submitted through the return form will be processed.
