Our manufacturing workshop is registered in Morocco under the name “Bijouterie du Sud,” located at: 7 Alley, No. 20, 6 November 1975 Street, Casablanca, Morocco.
The workshop is licensed by the relevant Moroccan authorities, including the Tax Administration, the Chamber of Traditional Crafts, and the Customs Guarantee Office.

Customs fees: Covered by us in Morocco; customers are responsible for customs fees in their own country.
Packaging: We offer elegant packaging suitable for gifts, either official Amzayn packaging or standard packaging per customer preference, ensuring secure and attractive presentation.
11. Product Maintenance Service
Customers can send products for maintenance at any time after purchase. Costs include round-trip shipping and a fixed $30 USD maintenance fee. Maintenance applies only to damaged but complete products (no missing parts or stones). Prior approval, description, and photos are required.
12. Customs Duties & Legal Responsibility
Amzayn is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs in the customer’s country. We handle customs only within Morocco. All products are certified by the Moroccan Customs Guarantee Office for quality and international compliance.
13. Return and Exchange Policy
Returns accepted within 14 days; customers cover return shipping. Returned items must be in original condition with all packaging. Refund options include store credit or bank transfer (minus shipping costs). Exchange requires return of original product first, then issuance of discount code for new purchase. Discount codes valid only on our official website, not on third-party platforms.
Products purchased via platforms like Etsy or Amazon must be returned through those platforms.
